Refund policy
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
(Ex.: Delivered 09/01/23- Request Return on or before 09/06/23).
There will be a $6.00 return shipment fee, with a 5% restocking fee from amount of original purchase, for eligible items.
Shipping paid for on original order is Non-Refundable.
(Ex.: $6.00 (Return Shipping) + $1.75 (5% of Original Purchase Total: $35.00) = $7.75 Return and Restocking Charge)
Please Note: Not all items are eligible for return/exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, freebies/gifts given, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
It is crucial that you inspect your item upon receiving your package and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
If you receive the incorrect item, we ask that you get in contact with us immediately to begin the return process. Ones we have received confirmation of item being shipped back to our store, we will begin to process your correct items.
Please contact us at sicilianaslittlecreations@gmail.com, include reason and order # in subject line of e-mail (Ex.: Incorrect Item; Order #1001). Please send detailed information of the defective product, send pictures, and/or send us the name of your original product ordered if incorrect item was sent with proof of purchase.
Please Note: If item is damaged/defective you will not pay for a restocking fee. If item is incorrect, you will only pay for a restocking fee, and not the return shipping fee.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are not elegible for return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of custom made products due to orders being made at customers request, to their liking, and with details provided by the customer. A custom order is not able to be resold.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please Note: You will only be allowed to purchase a new item as an 'exchange', until product returned has been inspected by our store.
Final Sale/ Clearance
Items purchased as final sale or clearance are non-refundable nor are eligible for exchanges.
Approved Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sicilianaslittlecreations@gmail.com.
If items are not accepted, your order will be sent back to you, and you will be paying for a shipping fee.
